- Deep cleaning of rooms before guests arrive at the hotel. Staff to avoid entering rooms after the cleaning is done
- Use of disinfectant products regularly
- Increased frequency of cleaning and disinfecting surfaces of public touchpoints like doorknobs, handles, faucets, handrails, keypads, luggage carts, stairwells, and seating areas throughout the day
- Sanitization of rooms after check-out
- Laundry using the highest appropriate water setting recommended by the CDC
