The Owners\' Meetings take place monthly, typically on the last Tuesday of every month. The attendees include the Administrators from the three municipalities; Staunton, Waynesboro, and Augusta County, the shelter director, and other administrative employees. If the meeting is an open session, the meeting is open to the public.
