Hotel 24 South offers rooms and suites across two historic wings: the original 1924 King Wing, refreshed in 2018 with king beds and vintage-inspired finishes, and the Queen-Queen Wing, added in 2005 with double-queen layouts and contemporary comfort. One Bedroom Suites, located exclusively in the King Wing, pair a king-bed bedroom with a separate living area. Eight ADA-accessible guestrooms — four King, four Queen-Queen — include various combinations of roll-in showers, grab bars, and visual alarms. Gather, Sip & Savor across Hotel 24 South's two on-site restaurants. The 1924 Lounge serves classic American dishes and curated cocktails in a wood-paneled, fireside setting, ideal for pre-theater drinks before a show at the neighboring American Shakespeare Center. The 1924 Lounge is open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Magnolia South serves a daily breakfast buffet from 6:30–9:30 AM on weekdays and 7:00–10:30 AM on weekends, priced at $15 per adult and $10 for children ages 3–10. On-site catering is also available for private dining events and special occasions throughout the year.

As the only full-service hotel and conference center in downtown Staunton, Hotel 24 South offers more than 8,500 sq. ft. of flexible meeting and event space across six venues, accommodating up to 400 guests. The Colonnade Ballroom (2,726 sq. ft., built in 1924) suits mid-to-large events, while the Shenandoah Ballroom (4,453 sq. ft.) is the hotel's largest space and can divide into three rooms.
