Railroad Haunts Ghost Tours | Various Dates Throughout The Fall : Departing from Staunton's historic Depot Station, this hour-long tour digs into the eerier side of the city's railroad history. Holiday House Tour & Lantern Tours: A lantern-lit walking tour hosted by the Historic Foundation's Holiday House Tour offers a rare peek inside beautifully restored landmark homes decked out for the season, while the Lantern Tours lead guests through the museum grounds by lantern light. Together they showcase Staunton's rich architectural history with a festive holiday twist.

The Santa Express | Scenic Train Rides: The Virginia Scenic Railway is bringing easily accessible views and local delights to you throughout the year! In December, however, they offer riders a visit with Santa, and some hot cocoa plus sweet treats to enjoy, alongside festive decor on the train.  Less than a mile from Hotel 24 South, at the Staunton Amtrak station, it's easy and convenient to join Santa; we recommend booking your train tickets and room right away.
